GLib Crashing?

Hi all,
After running my app for a few minutes it crashes with this message:
GLib-ERROR **: file gmain.c: line 1955 (g_main_dispatch): assertion
failed: (source->context == context)
aborting...
Aborted
I'm not sure if this is a bug with glib or (more likely) in my app?
Anyone have a clue what it means?
