Theme fails to load at start of an applet

hi all,

        I recently upgraded to the latest Gtk+. Now, the theme fails to load
in almost all gtk apps. saying:

 Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "galaxy",

any one faced this? any solution for this?
