how to set font face in pango layout ...?

hi all,
 am very new to pango concept ... 
 i created one pango layout and set the text and justifications and other attributes on the layout ... now i 
need to set the font face like "Times new Roman"/"Helvetica"/"Gothic"/etc ...
 pls, can anyone help me to solve this problem?
