Win32API DrawDibDraw() on Gtk+ with Dev-cpp

Are there any example codes with Gtk+, DrawDibDraw() on MSwin32 API to
display video clips?

I have an example without Gtk+, only with win32 APIs like DrawDibDraw().
I compiled this by Dev-cpp and works well.
But I would import image displaying parts using DrawDibDraw() into Gtk+.

Please help me.
