pixmap.dll would then be the pixmap theme engine for GTK+ 1.2.x
(i.e. 1.3.0 on Windows). Forget it. It never worked reliably, which is
why I dropped it, and don't want to have anything to do with it.

Anyway, GTK+ 1.2.x (1.3.0 on Windows) is a dead-end, more or
less. Please consider moving on to GTK+ 2. (Dunno about FreePascal and
GTK+ 2, though. Ask the FreePascal people.)
