Stock icon for folders (GTK2)

Hello,

I'm trying to fetch a folder icon of the current GTK2 theme.
I've seen in the GTK2 API-docs that the folder icons are not part of the
stock-items.
So I'm wondering what's the proper way to receive the icon (or at least
the path/filename of it) then.

Can somebody please give me a hint?
