Hi there,

While you are on it, can you drop the gtkglarea dependency and
use gtkglext instead?  Gtkglarea is not maintained anymore and
the last works go back to 1998 IIRC, while GtkGLExt is developed
and maintained and there are chances that get merged (after
refinement) into Gdk/Gtk.
