As an aside, people might be interested: the reason I'm getting into GTK 
programming is to update Celestia (celestia.sf.net) to GTK2. Porting it 
was easy, making it cool takes effort! When the next version goes out, 
there'll be an announcement on gnomedesktop.org, for all interested.
