window resize in FB ?

Hi,
 Good Morning,
 I am using the GtkFB, here the GTK window can't be resized, if I
 move the mouse to the corner, the pointer doesnt change and couldnt
 be drag also.

 Is there anything needed to do with that ? 
 
 also if I run the 'wheelbarrow' program, the title bar, nothing 
 is displayed apart from the image and the gray background.
 why it is so ?
