yes, libgnomedb is a data-bound widgets library.

There also appears to be a development application called Glade which
incorporates the Gnome-DB widgets and GTK+ widgets and may speed your
development cycle by helping you with creating the UI.

yes, Glade contains support for some libgnomedb widgets, although the
support is not complete yet :-( So if you really need them in Glade, it
would be great if you could send patches to complete the support for
libgnomedb widgets in Glade :-)
