I'd like to know if database applications are possible to develop in the
Glade and GTK tools. If yes, where can i get them, if not, what kind of
tools can i use to do this... =)

yes,u can devlope database applications in Glade and GTK tools using mysql or
postgresql databases etc.
for some applications look at: http://glade.gnome.org/apps.html
and http://bookbase.sourceforge.net/index.html

Take a look to libgda, libgnome-db and gnome-db. The first one
provides access to differents database backends, the second
one provides widgets for database access and the last one,
is an application using the widgets :-)

Look at http://www.gnome-db.org/ or get into #gnome-db
channnel at irc.gnome.org
