GTK1.3: GtkEntry 'ALT-D,ALT-B,ALT-F' problem on Win32

The similar problem to the 'F10' one I posted earlier on. I am not able
to use ALT-D,ALT-B,ALT-F as accelerator keys in a GtkEntry, looks like
they are reserved for cursor movement. Does anybody know to use them as
accelerator keys?
