gtk_rc_parse problem

Hi,
(sorry for my english)
I'm making an app with an option to change dinamically theme. This option open 
classic file selector, and so i can choose path with gtkrc file. But when 
theme is loaded only menus graphic and other dialog windows like HELP are 
changed. Principal Window doesn't change. What's the error?
