Two questions

I am programing a XmlView for use in Nautilus.
I have two problems GTK related.
1)A problem i have is with the selection of colors for the diferent
elemen. How i can know if the user have a dark theme?
2) Can i make a GtkCellRendererTetx with "wrap on" without re implement it?
