I want to apolofies to everyone on the list. It seems that Balsa qued
those messages as a client, and something caused it to not let go of the
messages. I'm not sure what it was. But I cleaned out the outbox, and the
repeated mails stops. I think it had something to do with a bad local user
on the message cue.
