Where to find printable online glib/gdk/gtk API reference?

Hi -

Can anyone direct me to printable (e.g., ps/pdf) copies of the glib/gdk/gtk 
API references as found on www.gtk.org?  I'm trying to transition to GTK 
and would like something I can print and stick in a binder for casual 
reading.  HTML is not only a royal pain to print but formats horribly.
