there isn't anything like this in debian/ubuntu.

Well, there is something, but it's in debian experimental repository and
it has rc bugs:

I can't install it.

On another pc I have gthumb 3.1.2, and on that version I have all the
extensions like facebook, but facebook export doesn't work
