Something is broken here. The orientation tag should be top-left, and
the image should be displayed in portrait orientation (because the
data has been physically transformed that way).
This is a bug. Please file a report. And fix it too :-)
I don't have any cameras that use the orientation flag, unfortunately.
And gthumb + exiv2 on Fedora 13 seems broken also
