this is a good idea, I'll add this in the next days

this way the preferences dialog would became a mess, maybe just a 
"Organize in catalogs" toggle button or nothing at all because after all 
you can just ignore them if you don't use them

a "last imported" catalog is a good idea, and if the user doesn't want 
it to be overwritten by the next import he can just rename it
