Bugzilla for Grilo

Now we have a bugzilla for Grilo, courtesy of Gnome.

Right now, there are three components: core, plugins, and rygel-grilo.

Default assignee for each component is Iago, and me in the last two.

I wonder if we should create a component for each plugin in Grilo. If
you think so, I'll do it asap.
