Next release of goocanvas

Hi,

In Debian we currently have pygoocanvas & goocanvas (1-0) in the archive
as well as goocanvas2-0. We were hoping to migrate everything away from
the first two, and only have the latest (2-0).

But unfortunately, it appears that goocalender cannot move away from
pygoocanvas without the commits made to fix three bugs in goocanvas2-0
around December last year.

Are there plans for a new goocanvas release any time soon?
