You need to pay close attention to compiler warnings that indicate the
wrong types are being used.  Since --with-long-double
isn't used often, no-one has done that for a while.

I have fixed most.  I left some that relate to debug printouts.  Those
printouts won't work, but they shouldn't get executed.
