Rewrite to use GApplication, GMenu etc...

I realize this is probably a HUGE task, but what would it take to rework Gnumeric to use the newer
GApplication and GMenu API in Gtk3? Are there even any plans for it at this point, or is that more along the
lines of a 2.0-type major release?
