Is the Python Console Available in the Windows version of Gnumeric ?

Hi,
I'm running Xp and Gnumeric 1.10.16 and would like to convert some Excel spreadsheets with VBA macros to
Gnumeric with Python scripts.
The Python console does not seem to be available in 1.10.16. IS there a way I can expose the console.
