Re: Problem loading XML format file (fixed)

On Monday 15 Sep 2003 20:44 pm, you said:
Its hard to be certain without seeing the rest of the file, but if
gnumeric renders it as expected then there's a good chance it s a
problem with the serializer.

http://falkensweb.com/test.gnu do you ?

What are you trying to do ?

In the example, I want the first row to be white on black, and the second
white on red (F800:0:0), and it is this second one that is the problem.
This XML has been gerated by Cocoon, and loads fine right into Gnumeric. When
run through the HSSF seriliser to make Excel format, however, it all goes
odd.
This probably isn't the place to be discussing that, however, but the poi/HSSF
list seems very quiet.

We can easily configure newer versions
of Gnumeric to do the conversion directly.

I'd rather the HSSF seriliser / POI / cocoon was sorted out, tbh :-)
