The documentation on the web should be in slightly better shape now
thanks to Adrian's hard work. The function docs are still a bit out
of date, but at least the basic derivative routines are there now.
The best bet is to go directly to the source, which is where the
documentation lives.

The format should be fairly obvious, and the content a good deal
better than before now that the maintainer has updated the docs.
