The Documentation License

Hey All,

The docs are currently under the FDL. Debian is making sounds as if this
is a problem. If this should be changed, now is the time to get it done.
The new docs are a big step forward. This will involve getting approval
from the past contributors.

Does anyone have a good sense if this is going to be necessary? If not
then it's not worth the hassle. Maybe this should be bumped up to a
gnome wide decision or maybe the advice of the foundation board should
be sought. I don't have the energy to figure out the right thing to do
so apathy will win unless there is a real issue here.
