Done. But this function doesn't get called if you reorder the sheets using drag & drop. That is, the signal won't get emitted and the dialog from dialogs/dialog-sheet-order.c won't get updated. I don't know what post_sheet_index_change is for, therefor I can't tell you if the fact that that function doesn't get called is a bug or not.
2) hmm, removing the arrow when you're not on a label significantly reduces its utility. Can you rework it to function anywhere within the control's toplevel window ?
