testing coupnum

coupnum and coupncd seem to perform fine on the regression tests we 
have, but I seem to notice some weird inconsistencies (namely that 
coupnum is `correct' on XL while coupncd and friends give incorrect 
answers):

Given this data in the top left cells (A1:D2)

29-Nov-2000     30-May-2001     4     0
30-Nov-2000     30-May-2001     4     0

could soembody with XL on Windows, tell me the values of:

coupnum(A1,B1,C1,D1)
coupnum(A2,B2,C2,D2)
coupncd(A1,B1,C1,D1)
coupncd(A2,B2,C2,D2)
