Some Formula Guru Comments

Hi,

I have a few concerns about the formula guru:

#define MAX_ARGS_DISPLAYED 4

causes a maximum of 4 arguments to be displayed when the guru is opened 
to enter a new function. For those functions with more than 4 named 
arguments (eg. rate, coupncd, ...) this is very annoying. (I originally 
thought only the first optional parameter was shown, but it just happens 
that all those functions have 3 required arguments.)

The descriptive test seems to be limited to the left half of the dialog, 
leaving the right half empty, creating a much longer dialog than 
necessary. (try coupncd and observe that lines are wrapped that would 
not need to be wrapped were the whole width available.
