But it's already on the right setting of the three:
        - Automatic (put quotes where needed)
        - Always
        - Never

The "Automatic" is doing more that just "quotes where needed". It's 
also putting them where they are not needed. (At least in 0.7 although 
someone reported directly to me that the latest version does this as 
well.)

The only characters that require quotes are:
        - comma
        - double quote

Not space.
