gconf ? gnumeric does not depend on gconf.
In general gnome components should use the same prefix as gnome-libs
that way gnome-config (from gnome-libs) can find the various Conf
files. If gnome-libs is in a different prefix you can add the new
prefix to your 'GNOME_PATH' env var and it will do the right thing.
