Correct, this was broken in 0.67, but is fixed in CVS.
As a temporary workaround you can use F2.

I can't reproduce this with the current CVS build, maybe you can file
this as a bug at bugzilla.gnome.org with a detailed
recipe and I'll see what I can do.

Graphs are provided through Guppi, you'll have to compile Guppi with
Gnumeric support, but it might not work.
