Hi,

Appended are src/stf-parse.c diff to import multibyte CSV files to gnumeric.

stf-parse.diff-easy just pass the multibytes.
stf-parse.diff-normal validate multibytes with gdk function.

Currently, gnumeric refuses all multibyte CSV files. But with those fixes,
users can enjoy the basic but great combination of gnumeric and their favorite
languages, platform or applications through CSV data format.
