bug in functions 'roundup' and 'ceil'

Hi,

Reading StarCalc newsgroup I've found a message, that describes strange 
behavior of functions ROUNDUP and CEIL.
when argument is 0,07*100, both return 8, what is wrong of course.
I checked out the other spreadsheet applications and found that with 
OpenOffice and Excel it's okay, but StarOffice, KSpread and Gnumeric are 
giving wrong answer.
In KSpread is the bug after reporting fixed.
