Re: [GnomeMeeting-list] Ekiga and KDE arts

Hi,

I get it now, as you are using 1.0.11

Previously, you said :
"I have a new alsa version: 1.0.10rc3" wich confused me.

Your version has a bug wich seems to prevent the proper use of Dmix. The situation with Ekiga is maybe worst than other sound applications using your sound card as Ekiga use the sound card in fullduplex (for output and input at the same time). If you can't donwgrade, turn the settings in ekiga to use your card directly (not the "Default", use your name card). But you won't be able to use Ekiga and another sound application at the same time.

Regards,
Yannick
