Hi,
Given the fact that someone else shares my vision of what this could be 
(heh it makes me sound less fanatical) I have registered a project of 
Source Forge under the name 'clickdial'.

I am proposing a LGPL license and that the system be a library, so that
it can be intergrated into other projects.

I would like to think that this might be a useful addition to any VoIP
system.

I'll try and get some documentation up next week,
