My 'trick' when it comes to gnomemeeting (and to many other things) is
to set up a dyndns client for Linux home users.
Doing something like h323:yourfriend.dyndns.org:1720 is really easy to
remember and looks good in the address book :) You don't even need to
register in the directory afterwards.
