First of all thx 4 answering me .
This is my /dev/sound dir :

Is something wrong in here ?

My system is a slackware 9.1 ... Actually i didn't had any problem when
i was using 9.0 some months ago ...
I've tried with the original slack package , with a dropline-gnome pkg (
slack gnome ) , and now I'm with compiled from source version ...

I tried to send an strace of gnomemeeting in my first message , but was
too long to be accepted ... 

Any other hint ?
