Well too bad, you see my first move to downgrade to 1.0.2 was not so
bad.

I could try this but I guess it means I should recompile everything. I
am not sure how much of all the libraries I should recompile.

Weird things happen... Don't worry gnomemeeting is still an excellent
application.

I tried both and I got the same behavior. The webcam is on (or so I
assume) as the red led on the camera goes on and off when I enable and
disable the camera. Once again the video test in the druid does succeed
(which should mean it is able to get some frames).
