If your router support H.323 calls but that you do not receive audio and
video, that's because it *doesn't* support H.323 calls. You have thus to
configure it like a router that doesn't support H.323 calls, accordingly
to the FAQ.

Notice also that most routers that do support H.323 only support H.323
v1, not recent versions. In that case you have to disable H.245
tunneling and fast start.
