Thanks for the help Damien,
I made a bad assumption that the IP translation in gnomemeeting would
take care of the masquerading on the network for pc to phone. I opened
the ports on the router and now pc to phone works as expected.
I'm not familiar with gdb, but I think I figured out how to run
gnomemeeting in it. However, it doesn't produce a backtrace:
(gdb) run gnomemeeting
Starting program: /usr/bin/gnomemeeting gnomemeeting
Segmentation fault
This is all the output I get.
Please let me know if you need more info.
