urpmi => All is already installed

S'il vous plaît, évitez de m'envoyer des pièces jointes au format Word ou 
PowerPoint.
Envoyer aux gens des documents Word les force à utiliser des produits 
Microsoft et leur interdit tout autre choix. Dans les faits, vous vous 
constituez ainsi pilier du monopole de Microsoft. Cette pratique constitue un 
obstacle majeur pour une large adoption du logiciel libre.
