[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] New user interface : first stubs

Hi to all,


I committed the first stubs of the new user interface.

Please do not criticize too much as it is work in progress and it is in
the very early stages of development.

Julien is working on big changes too, but that should have no impact on
the user interface. 

In the next few weeks, I will work more on :
- the user interface
- sip support (integrate Craig's changes)

And finally work on a roster.
