im sorry. no corp. here, i wish i had one, but banks are short on credit and 
you need a corp. consortium and a drs university degree to get research funds, 
i dont have. besides my reputation is not the best, too, sorry. 

hr for coding? ive thought about it. but You know its not best sw management 
practice to bring in new or long been out developers in short before a final 
release, is it? so i focused on product quality and testing.

but i take a look on the todo list for things that can be done without deep 
SIP and codec tech knowledge, the work-in overhead for specialist knowlegde 
would be at least 6 weeks.

besides im busy with the spca50x driver which still hangs my systems by 
an unidentified and nearly untraceable (kernel) bug.
