What about an "Advanced Settings" SUBmenu? The current interface stays
pretty much the same. Druid stays the same (though there will be no way
of an audio setup test with different plugins).

Or what exactly do you mean by "simplify the prefs". The interface,
right?

Actually, I think that the druid with two plugins is pretty nice.
See how similar and therefore usable the layouts of
