ls is a low-level tool, openh323 is made for high-level programs.

I will repeat it again: I agree the system should be able to open
devices with both friendly and non-friendly names. Open in the plugin
already permits it, however, OpenH323 will refuse to start a
communication if the device is not returned by GetInputDeviceNames ().

I think that should be changed, but not the result of
GetInputDeviceNames (). Think to high-level programs, not only to
ohphone.

I think you know me enough to know I won't do it. I will sadly introduce
a broken hack in the code.
