Hi damien,
I am interested in solving the problem but I was not at home the last
days (I just returned). Two days ago I downloaded the latest pwlib cvs,
openh323 cvs (patched) and GM snapshot and had the same problem (video
stream went up to 40 KB/s) again. I had a short look at
src/h261codec.cxx but didn't find something.
Are there some other applications who implented this new feature of
openh323 to dynamically control the video quality? I could test them
too, and check if I have the same problem.
Cheers,
Matthias
