File Transfer Dialog

I'm looking for comments on this bug:

The file transfer dialog in the theme manager comes from the code in 
capplets/common/file-transfer-dialog.{c,h}. It could probably do with 
some HIG love, and I can't find it being used any where apart from the 
theme capplet. Do we still need a generic file transfer dialog, or would 
it be possible to turn it into a theme-install-progress dialog?
