Could you give us an update, please?

Honestly, despite your substantial lone effort, for which I am very
grateful, I am discouraged that we can't seem to get even a beta test
site up. Our attempt to use Plone is getting close to being a clear
failure, for whatever reasons. Does that seem fair?
